Pre-Orders

There are NO cancellations or refunds allowed on pre-orders for any reason unless the order is past the expected shipping estimate.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Because our products are designed for small children, whose health and safety is important to us, we are unable to accept returns (other than those for the reasons specified above.) We do not know what an item has been exposed to as far as contaminants or potential allergens once it ships from us. 

Showstoppers is not responsible for unreceived orders resulting from address entry errors made by a customer or unreceived orders after they are marked as delivered by USPS.

Shipping Information

How much is shipping?

Showstoppers currently offers free shipping to US orders over $50. Cart subtotal must be above the free shipping threshold. This is the amount after any discount codes are applied and before taxes are calculated.

Flat rate shipping fees on all other orders:

$6 for US orders that are less than $50

 

All values are in USD.

We reserve the right to not ship to certain areas, in the event shipping charges are too costly. Please note that local charges may occur at customer’s expense, especially for Canadian and overseas orders where additional duties and taxes may apply.

When will my order ship? 

Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 10 business days (this does not include transit time with carrier). If you have any special shipping requests, be sure to email them immediately, along with your order number, to helloshowstoppers@gmail.com.
